Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy covers educational seats and materials purchased from Apistream Hub through approved invoicing channels.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments that meet the timeframes and conditions below. Complimentary seats, promotional transfers, and partner scholarships follow the terms stated on their offer letter instead.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module recording and have not submitted materials for instructor critique. After day 7, or after a critique session is delivered, refunds become partial or unavailable as described next.

Full and partial refunds

  • Full refund: unused seat, request within 7 days, no critique consumed.
  • Partial refund (50%): request between day 8 and before the midpoint of a live cohort, provided fewer than half the live sessions were attended or unlocked.
  • No refund: after the cohort midpoint, after download of the full template pack plus critique delivery, or for completed self-paced Field Notes once materials are unlocked.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom on-site facilitation travel already booked at your request, and printed materials shipped at your instruction are non-refundable once incurred.

Refund process

  1. Email support@apistream-hub.digital with your name, invoice reference, program name, and reason.
  2. Our office confirms eligibility within 5 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of confirmation.

Processing time and method

Funds return via the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines vary; allow additional time after we initiate the transfer. We do not offer store credit by default, though we may propose a seat transfer to a later cohort as an alternative.

Cancellation by Apistream Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Documented medical or bereavement situations may qualify for extended partial refunds at our discretion. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution of legitimate requests.
