By accessing this site, requesting information, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or materials.

Educational purpose

Content about Cold Storage Ownership Log methods is informational and instructional. It is not operational custody service, financial advice, or a substitute for your internal policies. See also Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and communications

When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep messages free of unlawful content. We may refuse or discontinue communications that abuse staff or systems.

Intellectual property

Course texts, templates, branding, and site design are owned by Apistream Hub or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning under the license granted at enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or reverse-engineer proprietary templates without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a manner that degrades service, upload malware, or use our materials to misrepresent ownership of assets you do not control.

No payments on this site

Displayed pricing is informational. Any purchase, if offered, occurs through separate invoicing or approved channels. Those channels may have additional terms.

Disclaimers

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that examples fit your regulatory environment, facility rules, or insurance requirements. You remain responsible for compliance decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apistream Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses, including losses tied to custody operations, asset movement, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Apistream Hub against claims arising from your misuse of materials or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
